Frequently Asked Questions
Answers for Your Recycling Project
Explore common questions about plastic recycling machines, complete lines and project planning. For material-specific advice, share your requirements with our team.
Ask Our TeamPlanning Your Recycling Project
Start with the waste material you have and the output you want to produce.
What information should I prepare for a recycling project enquiry?
Share your material type, photos or a sample description, contamination condition, required processing capacity and target output. Plant dimensions and available utilities help the team review a suitable configuration.
How is the right configuration selected?
Rayli reviews your incoming material, contamination, desired output and current line before recommending equipment.
Can I request a quotation for an individual machine?
Yes. Select the relevant machine profile and describe its intended role in your process. Include the incoming material, required throughput and the equipment installed before and after it.
What affects the price of a complete recycling line?
The equipment schedule, material preparation, washing requirements, drying route, output target and agreed service scope affect the quotation. A project-specific quotation is prepared after these requirements are reviewed.
Machines, Materials & Process
Understand how material condition and process stages affect equipment selection.
Can equipment be integrated into an existing line?
Integration depends on your line layout, material flow and upstream and downstream equipment. Share the current process for review.
Do I need washing equipment or a complete washing and pelletizing system?
The route depends on your feedstock and intended output. A washing line prepares cleaned material for the next process. A combined system adds material preparation for extrusion, filtration and pellet formation.
Why is a shredder different from a crusher?
A shredder is commonly used for initial size reduction of bulky plastic waste. A crusher further reduces suitable material into flakes. Whether one or both stages are needed depends on the material form and required particle size.
How are drying and film squeezing options selected?
Material form, initial moisture, handling requirements and the next process stage determine the drying route. Mechanical dewatering, film squeezing and additional drying perform different roles and are reviewed as part of the line configuration.
Quotation, Installation & Support
Confirm the project scope and practical requirements before placing an order.
Can a line be arranged around my factory layout?
Share a floor plan with the available length, width and height, access routes and utility locations. The layout can then be reviewed against the selected equipment and material flow.
Where can I find confirmed technical parameters?
Review the relevant machine or production line profile, then confirm the final equipment schedule and agreed operating conditions in the quotation. Capacity and output depend on the material and selected configuration.
How do I request spare parts or technical support?
Provide the equipment name or model, identification details, photographs and a description of the issue or part required. Contact Rayli through the Contact page or WhatsApp so the team can review the request.
How are delivery and installation arrangements confirmed?
Packing, delivery timing, installation support and responsibilities should be confirmed for the specific order. Include the installation location and requested support scope when discussing your project.
Have a Specific Material in Mind?
Send your material photos, target capacity and preferred output. Our team can review the process and equipment scope with you.
