Product Overview
Build Your Pelletizing Route Around the Prepared Feed
The complete line includes feeding, plasticizing, filtration, degassing, extrusion, pelletizing, cooling, screening and collection. The main extruder melts, mixes, degasses and extrudes the material, while the auxiliary machines handle cooling, cutting, dewatering, screening and finished-pellet collection.
- The first stage machine is equipped with the venting screw with high length-diameter ratio and strengthened mixing mechanism to ensure materialscan be mixed, plasticized and vented efficiently.
- The machine is equipped with spiral copper circulating water cooling system for forced cooling purpose. The high-precision control is adopted for heating to ensure a better plasticity and stable extruding performance without color change.
- The low-noise reducer is used with forced lubrication function to ensure the host machine can contentiousrun at a high speed.
- Equipped with 30-bladesr cutter, making the granuleseven with low noise.

Process Flow
Plastic Extrusion and Pelletizing Process Flow
Each stage has a specific job. The final sequence is selected for your feedstock and plant layout.

Conveyor
Feeding via a conveyor is more stable.

First stage
Melting, plasticizing, homogenizing, venting, filtering.

Second/Third stage
Secondary homogenization, pressurization, filtering and stable discharge

Cooling tank
Cool and set the extruded strands or die-face pellets

Drying pallet
Remove moisture from the surface of the strips to prevent sticky together.

Cutter
Cut the extruded strips into pellets.

Vibrator
Remove clusters, fine powder, and particles of inconsistent length or size.

Silo with blower
Further cool and dry them, then store temporarily and package the finished product.
Single- or multi-stage extrusion, feed arrangement, screen changer and pelletizing method are project selections. A combined washing and pelletizing project also requires a defined upstream cleaning and moisture-reduction scope.

This Malaysia customer runs a plastic recycling factory, mainly processing HDPE rigid waste materials. They required a granulator system with 1000kg/h output to turn cleaned HDPE rigid flakes into uniform recycled pellets.
