Recycling Process

Each stage progressively removes contamination and prepares PET flakes for reuse or further processing.

    Debaling

    Compressed bottle bales are opened and fed into the recycling line.

  2. 02

    Sorting

    Non-PET materials and unwanted bottles are removed before processing.

  3. 03

    Label Removing

    Labels and loose surface material are separated from the bottles.

    Crushing

    PET bottles are reduced into consistent flakes for efficient washing.

    Hot Washing

    Heat and washing agents help loosen glue, oil and stubborn contamination.

    Friction Washing

    High-speed friction removes remaining surface contamination from flakes.

  7. 07

    Separation & Rinsing

    Different materials are separated and the PET flakes are rinsed.

    Dewatering & Drying

    Residual moisture is reduced before clean flakes are collected.
